Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to have your account, all of your personal or your children’s data used in our application deleted.
Please keep in mind that once your account and data are deleted, they cannot be restored – it will be permanent and we will not be able to recover them!
However, it will be possible to start the game from the beginning.
If you wish to delete your account and data, you can do so in two ways:
- Directly from the game settings:
- Navigate to “Menu” and then “Settings.”
- Scroll down to the “Danger zone” and click “Delete account.”
- If you are sure about deleting your account, including in-game purchases, confirm your choice.
- Your account and all data will be permanently deleted.

- If you prefer not to delete your account directly in the game settings, you can send us an email at deleting-account@datastrophic.games requesting the deletion of your account.
- Be sure to include either your Blackout Age Team ID OR Google ID number in the email. This is necessary to identify your account.
- In response to your request, we will ask you a few questions about your game to confirm that the account you want to delete belongs to you.
- Upon receiving your responses and verifying them positively, we will contact you to confirm the deletion of your account. Once you provide final confirmation, we will promptly delete your account and all associated data without delay.
