Extra Hit Marker is an extremely rare enhancement that adds 4th weak point to the target. If you hit the extra marker, your damage will be multiplied by a value depending on the enhancement’s level. The bonus damage calculation is applied AFTER taking into account the regular hit mark bonus first. So, stacking the yellow marker on top of the green ones can lead to crazy amounts of damage.
